Our Mission

The Friends was established in 1987 for the purpose of enhancing the quality of the USAFA McDermott Library as an educational, research, scientific and cultural institution.  The Friends support enables the Library to acquire materials, pursue projects, and broaden its scope and activities beyond those made possible by Air Force allocated funds.
